Raquel Dodge orientou os procuradores eleitorais a pedir impugnação dos candidatos considerados Ficha Suja.
A Procuradoria Geral da República(PGR) anunciou que vai ser muito rigorosa com o cumprimento das leis nas eleições.
A procuradora Raquel Dodge assinou hoje uma instrução normativa para unificar a atuação dos procuradores em todo o País.
O Ministério Público deverá ajuizar ações para pedir impugnação de candidatos ficha-suja logo no registro da candidatura.
É Considerado ficha suja quando é condenado em segunda instância ou por um órgão colegiado, quem tiver direitos políticos suspensos e quem praticou ato doloso de improbidade administrativa.
A Procuradora afirma que o ministério público vai apertar a fiscalização dos gastos nas eleições,pois os procuradores eleitorais foram orientados a entrar com ações para pedir devolução do dinheiro público investido nas campanhas de políticos que forem declarados inelegíveis.
