Lula Vai Ter Esteira e Music Player na Prisão segundo decisão da juíza responsável pela custódia do petista.
A juíza Carolina Lebbos responsável pela custódia do ex-presidente Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (Lula), atendeu a um pedido da defesa de Lula e autorizou a instalação de uma esteira ergométrica na cela onde o ex-presidente.
O ex-presidente Lula está detido na carceragem da polícia federal em Curitiba e poderá receber um aparelho de reprodução de músicas em MP3.
Segundo a decisão da juíza, Lula receberá também acompanhamento médico contínuo e água mineral de forma permanente.
Carolina Lebbos justificou que a esteira é recomendação médica e que o espaço onde lula toma banho de sol não oferece muitas opções para o ex-presidente se exercitar.
A defesa de Lula queria também que fosse instalado um frigobar na cela do ex-presidente, benefício que foi negado pela Juíza.
De acordo com o Ministério Público Federal (MPF), frigobar na cela é regalia e que não existe paralelo de concessão de tal pedido no sistema prisional.
