O candidato do PSL, Jair Bolsonaro e Fernando Haddad, candidato do PT, disputarão a cadeira da Presidência da República no segundo turno.
Com praticamente todas as urnas apuradas, Bolsonaro tinha quase 50 milhões de votos e Fernando Haddad superava com apenas 30 milhões.
O candidato pelo PDT, Ciro Gomes, que ficou em terceiro lugar, somava pouco mais de 13 milhões.

O candidato do PSL, Jair Bolsonaro teve 46,03% dos votos válidos contra 29,28% de Fernando Haddad (PT).
Bolsonaro Afirmou, após resultado das eleições, que a nação brasileira não pode dar mais um passo á esquerda.
Segundo o candidato do PSL, o país está “à beira do caos. Ele falou em “unir o nosso povo, unir os cacos que nos fez o governo da esquerda no passado”.
Haddad também se referiu á necessidade de união do povo.
“Queremos unir as pessoas que têm atenção aos mais pobres desse país tão desigual”, declarou.
O presidenciável do PT disse que, para isso, contará com “uma única arma: o argumento”.
O vencedor das eleições, governará o país de 1 de Janeiro 2019 a 31 de dezembro de 2022.
O resultado do primeiro turno das eleições 2018, quebrou a polarização entre PT e PSDB na eleição para presidente.
